Cambodian, born in 1980, He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree of Management Information System from the Informatics University (Standard Singapore) from NIM, and his Master's Degree of Management Information System from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology of VIETNAM,.
Mr. LAY Kiry has more than 5 years experience with IT international business companies, and over 14 years of which he served as founder & CEO of BlueIT Co.,Ltd in (May 2004), Co-founder & General Manager of GreenICT Co.,Ltd in (Jun 2008), Commercial Director & Director of HYC Group in (Jan 2012), and from (Jun 2014) is founder & CEO/President of CloudNET Co.,Ltd.
Mr. LAY Kiry have oversea companies with business IT solutions, Plastic Factory, Microfinance & Rural credit operator (loan service) and Online/Trading Business.
